Now that we have an overview of what we need to know so keep the lights on for as long we are needed, let's explore how we can build financial sustainability into our day to day planning.
We will explore how to monitor and build a sustainable budget which shows the true cost of delivery and builds reserves to help us prepare for the rainy day.
