We invite you to join us for a session designed specifically for small charities wanting to plan effectively for the financial year ahead. We will introduce the fundamentals of budgeting and what to consider when putting together a budget that will lead us (with a fair wind) towards a more financially sustainable future.
This session will focus on how to create and manage a simple budget for your small charity, including how to handle a small number of restricted grants – on a full cost recovery basis - and track the impact on reserves. This session is perfect for leaders looking to build confidence in financial planning and strengthen their charity’s financial resilience.
